House Rules
Thanks for choosing to stay at The Wine Retreat in Naples, FL. We are excited to host you, but let's go over a few rules that were created for your enjoyment and safety. Keep in mind that these rules are also in place to maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our home...in preparation for the next guest to enjoy.
1) All monthly guests are required to go through an application process with the Homeowner's Association and sign a short-term rental agreement.
2) Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. Upon booking, we will need the names and ages of every guest (including minors) in case there is an emergency. Unapproved guests are not permitted on the property.
3) Groups of more than 4 adults and 2 children are not allowed. This is not only due to the # of beds, but it's also a County ordinance.
4) Parties are not allowed. This is a residential community, not South Beach.
If you throw a party, you will be assessed a $500 fee, removed from the property, and forfeit all monies paid.
5) Outdoor quiet hours are between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am. This is a peaceful townhome community, and we need to be mindful of our neighbors.
6) Parking: You are limited to 2 cars MAX. One vehicle can be parked in the garage, and one in the driveway. All vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway. No vehicle shall be parked on any roads or grassy area. Pickup trucks, Trailers, RVs, and Campers are not allowed on the property.
7) Pets are not allowed. We all love dogs, but this property is not conducive to pets. If you bring a pet, you will assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee and be asked to remove the pet from the property . There are several great boarding facilities in the area.
8) Smoking is absolutely not permitted. A fine of $500 will be assessed if this rule is violated.
9) Trash Disposal: Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. Please have the trash bins ready by the side of the road the night before.
We put a lot of work into our home for your enjoyment, and we expect our guests to appreciate what we've done by following the rules. We want you to have a great time and come back!
By booking, you agree to the above house and community rules and restrictions. If any of these rules are violated, in addition to the fees mentioned above, you may be subject to being removed from the property, forfeiting any deposits or amounts paid to date, and/or charged additional fees.
